Privacy Policy
Version 1.0 · Effective 26 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SIA YCA ("Paradisa," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal data when you visit paradisa.com, create or use an account, join the user waitlist, submit a note or creator waitlist application, or contact us.
This policy applies only to Paradisa’s waitlist phase. Before Paradisa launches beyond the waitlist phase, or before we begin materially different processing that requires additional privacy information, we will update this policy or provide another applicable Privacy Policy.
1. Controller
The controller responsible for the processing of personal data under this Privacy Policy is SIA YCA, registration number 40203533072, Šarlotes iela 18A - 3, LV-1001 Riga, Latvia.
Our contact information is provided in Section 12.
2. Who may join?
Paradisa is intended only for people aged 18 or older. The user and creator waitlists are therefore available only to people aged 18 or older. By creating an account or submitting a creator waitlist application, you confirm that you are at least 18.
If we become aware that an account or application belongs to someone under 18, we may restrict or delete the account or application and associated information.
3. What information do we collect and where does it come from?
Account and authentication information
When you create or use an account, we collect your email address, username, avatar, account identifier, account and verification status, waitlist status and account-creation date.
During signup, we also record your 18-or-over confirmation, the version and acceptance time of the Terms, and the version and acceptance time of this Privacy Policy presented to you at submission.
We also process technical and security information necessary to authenticate accounts, maintain account security and prevent misuse, including IP address and browser or device information.
If you use Google Sign-In, we receive account information from Google to create and authenticate your account. Depending on the permissions requested, this may include your email address, Google account identifier, name and profile picture. We do not request access to your Google contacts, emails, files, calendar, or other unrelated Google services.
If you are granted access to Paradisa beyond the waitlist, the same account may continue to be used.
Creator waitlist application information
If you apply to join the creator waitlist, we collect your email address, social-media profile links or handles, the information you provide in the application, information relating to the status and administration of your application, your 18-or-over confirmation, the version and acceptance time of the Terms, and the version and acceptance time of this Privacy Policy presented to you at submission.
We collect and store this information as part of the creator waitlist. We intend to review applications and communicate with applicants as this process develops for future creator opportunities with Paradisa.
Notes and other communications
If you join the user waitlist and choose to send a note, we collect the content of the note and information associated with your account and waitlist submission. Sending a note is optional.
We also collect information you provide when you contact us, exercise a privacy right or make a complaint.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information, passwords, payment information, confidential information you are not authorized to disclose, or another person’s information through free-text fields.
If sensitive or unauthorized information is submitted, we may restrict access to it, delete it or retain it where reasonably necessary and permitted by law.
Technical and usage information
When you use the website, we may collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser and device information, referring page, pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, diagnostic and security information, and website analytics.
We obtain personal data directly from you, automatically from your browser or device when you use the website, and from third-party services used for authentication, security or abuse prevention.
We use Google reCAPTCHA on the creator waitlist to help prevent spam and automated submissions. Google may process technical and interaction information for this purpose.
Where certain information is required to create an account, join a waitlist or submit an application, we may be unable to provide the relevant functionality if that information is not provided.
