These Terms apply when you:

By creating or using an account, joining a waitlist or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms.

Paradisa is operated by SIA YCA, registration number 40203533072, with its registered address at Rīga, Šarlotes iela 18A - 3, LV-1001, Latvia ("Paradisa," "we," "us," or "our").

For the user waitlist, these Terms govern participation and any decision to approve, decline, restrict or remove access. Joining the user waitlist does not guarantee acceptance or access by any particular date. It also does not guarantee that the Paradisa platform will launch or become generally available, or that any particular feature will be offered.

If a user is accepted, Paradisa may provide access to the Paradisa platform through the user’s existing account. Use of platform features, subscriptions or other services may be subject to updated or additional terms applicable at that time.

The creator waitlist records interest in possible future access for additional creators. Submitting an application does not create a creator account or relationship and does not guarantee review, a response, an invitation or future access. If Paradisa later becomes available to additional creators, separate onboarding requirements and terms may apply.

You must be at least 18 years old, have reached the age of majority where you reside, and be legally capable of entering into these Terms to:

If we reasonably believe that you do not meet these requirements, we may reject your application, restrict or suspend your account or access, or remove you from the waitlist.

When creating or using a Paradisa account or submitting a creator application, you must provide accurate and non-misleading information and keep your email address current.

Paradisa accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not:

By including a social-media profile or other link in a creator application, you confirm that you own it or are authorized to represent it.

Paradisa may reject, require a change to, change or remove a username or avatar where we reasonably consider this appropriate for operational, legal, security or brand-protection reasons, including to prevent impersonation, deception, infringement or inappropriate use. Selecting or receiving a username or avatar does not guarantee that it will remain available.

You must take reasonable steps to protect your account credentials. Do not disclose passwords, one-time codes or reset links to anyone. You are responsible for activity performed through your account where that activity results from your failure to take reasonable steps to protect it.

Notify support@paradisa.com promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may take reasonable steps to protect you, Paradisa or others, including requiring email verification, signing you out or temporarily restricting access.

Joining and participating in either waitlist is free.

Paradisa alone decides whether, when and in what order to grant access from the user waitlist. We may consider any factors we consider relevant, and those factors may change.

Subject to applicable law, we may accept or decline a user, leave a user on the waitlist, withdraw an acceptance or return a user to the waitlist. We are not required to grant access by any particular date or provide reasons for an individual decision.

Acceptance does not guarantee uninterrupted or permanent access. We may delay, limit or withdraw access where reasonably appropriate for testing, capacity, technical, security, legal or operational reasons.

The creator waitlist is an expression of interest only. If Paradisa begins considering additional creators, we may decide whether, when and in what order to review, contact or invite applicants.

We may change, pause or discontinue either waitlist at any time. We may also remove the user waitlist and open access to the Paradisa platform more broadly or publicly.

Submitting a note to Paradisa is optional and does not guarantee a response. Do not submit sensitive personal information, passwords, payment information, unlawful content, confidential information you are not authorized to disclose or another person’s information without permission.

You must not use Paradisa to violate the law or another person’s rights; impersonate or deceive others; submit unlawful, threatening, harassing, fraudulent or infringing material; send spam or malicious code; use unauthorized bots, scraping or automation; gain unauthorized access; or bypass or interfere with security or the operation of Paradisa.

You may stop using Paradisa, withdraw from either waitlist or request account deletion at any time by contacting support@paradisa.com.

Where reasonably appropriate, Paradisa may restrict or close an account, remove someone from a waitlist or stop processing an application because of a breach of these Terms, ineligibility, fraud, abuse, security, legal or operational risk, or a change to or discontinuation of the waitlist.

Personal data will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Paradisa and its licensors own the website, software, branding and materials they provide. You may use them only to access Paradisa for its intended purpose. Except as permitted by applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit them without our permission.

We may send communications necessary to operate your account and administer the waitlists, including verification, security, waitlist, legal notices and launch or access information.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

Paradisa and its related features may be changed, interrupted, restricted or unavailable. We do not guarantee that they will operate continuously or without errors.

Subject to applicable law, Paradisa is not responsible for unforeseeable or indirect losses, business losses, or losses caused by your breach or misuse of Paradisa or by events outside our reasonable control.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and its effective date and, where required by applicable law, provide additional notice or request your acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections applicable under the law of the country where you live.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will apply to the extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Subject to applicable law, we may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of all or part of our business, provided this does not reduce your rights under these Terms. We will notify you where required by law.
